To thank you for your support, we are pleased to invite you to participate in our Customer Referral Program. To participate in the program, simply share your positive experience with your family, friends, neighbors, or colleagues. Help them find quality and trusted local professional painters while also earning a reward. There is no limit to the number of customers you can refer.
How it works
Refer someone. Recommend our company to friends and acquaintances who are seeking professional painting services.
Your referral contacts us. When your referral contacts us by phone, text, or by completing our online contact form, please ensure they mention your name.
Your referral selects us for their project.
We complete your referral project.
Earn your reward. Upon project completion, you will receive a Visa gift card from us.
The more you refer, the more you can earn
Tier 1
10 referrals – earns you $1,000
Earn $100 for each client you refer to us. This reward tier applies to projects to be performed during the following seasons: Spring, Summer, and Fall.
Tier 2
10 referrals – earns you $1,500
Earn $150 when you refer someone for an interior painting project for the winter season with Madison Painting LLC. Please note that this reward tier only applies to projects to be performed between November 1st and March 31st, and the referral must be for interior painting.
Referral program rules
This program is exclusive to Madison Painting LLC customers.
You may not refer yourself.
Only one referral per address.
You may only refer a customer once and receive a reward once. If that referral completes an additional project, it is not counted as a new referral.
You may only refer new customers. Madison Painting LLC will verify the status of the referral. For example, if the referral’s name and address are already in our system (our customer), that person will not be considered a new referral.
If two or more people refer the same new customer to us, we will determine who referred the customer first by asking the referred customer, and the party who referred the customer first will receive the reward.
It must be perfectly clear to us that a customer is a referral from you before their first appointment and not from a different lead source, such as social media or internet search. A referred customer must state they are a referral before their first appointment.
The referred individual must have completed their project and be in good financial standing. A referred homeowner cannot be considered as a customer until their painting project has been completed.
All referrals must meet a minimum project size of $ 3,000 (excluding sales tax) to qualify for rewards.
Please allow 4-6 weeks after a customer’s project has been completed and paid in full before the reward is sent.
